I offer my mobile massage service on-site at your home or office throughout the Phoenix area. I use a combination of massage therapy techniques such as Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy along with some stretching.
Massage therapy helps reduce muscle tension in the body and decreases chronic pain and stress. Other benefits of massage:
